Blue Lotus Meditation Duo
A sacred internal + external ritual created to quiet the mind, deepen presence, and support a more intentional meditation experience.
The Blue Lotus Meditation Duo was created as a bridge between the busy mind and the deeper self. Sometimes we come to meditation carrying mental chatter, tension, or restlessness, making it difficult to surrender into stillness. This duo brings together two complementary preparations designed to support the transition from thinking into being.
Blue Lotus + Mugwort Tincture — Internal
Taken before meditation, this botanical tincture combines Blue Lotus and Mugwort as plant allies traditionally associated with relaxation, introspection, dreaming, and inner awareness.
It is intended to help you settle mental chatter, soften into a calmer state, become more present, and deepen your connection to your inner world. For spiritual practice, Blue Lotus and Mugwort can also be worked with intentionally to support intuition, visualization, dreamlike awareness, and connection with the third-eye and crown energy centers.
Blue Lotus Anointing Oil — External
The external oil combines Blue Lotus infused oil, Amethyst, and precious Rose Otto to create a beautiful sensory and energetic ritual before meditation.
Gently anoint the third eye, crown, temples, heart, or other areas of the body as you set your intention. The aroma, touch, and ritual of anointing can help signal to the body and mind that it is time to slow down, turn inward, and become present.
Why Use Them Together?
The tincture works from within, while the anointing oil becomes the external ritual that helps prepare your body, senses, and energetic space for meditation.
Together, they create a whole-body meditation ritual designed to support the journey:
From anxious energy into calm.
From mental chatter into presence.
From distraction into deeper awareness.
From thinking into simply being.
I created this duo after working personally with Blue Lotus and Mugwort for a long time and experiencing how beautifully these plants can accompany meditation and spiritual practice.
They don’t replace the inner work — they become companions at the doorway, helping you enter the sacred space within a little more easily.
