Some ways to balance your Root chakra are:
- Movement (Yoga, running outside, dance, gardening…)
- Grounding (connecting to the earth with your bear feet for at least 20 minutes a day).
- Meditation and Breathwork (diaphragmatic breathing).
- Here are some powerful herbs for root chakra: Red Root, Elderberry, Yarrow, Ashwagandha, Damiana. I wild harvested most of these herbs and created a powerful Root Chakra Tincture. I would take 1 full dropper up to 3 times a day. It’s magical for helping with physical, emotional, spiritual problems connected to root chakra.
- Eating lots of grounding food for root chakra, such as: beets, and root vegetables, pomegranates, cherries, raspberries, cranberries, blood oranges…naturally red food.
